The NutrINCAP Software has been developed by the Institute of Nutrition of Central America and Panama -INCAP-, as a tool to carry out food consumption evaluations at the individual and population level, providing valid and reliable results.
The Software uses the INCAPs Food Composition Table and the INCAP Daily Dietary Recommendations as a reference to make the different assessment´s, whose use is practical, friendly and flexible to incorporate and/or add data from other reference tables.
Due to its technical characteristics, its use is aimed to technical personnel specialized in dietary evaluation.
It has 4 operational modules that can be used to strengthen the professional practice of the different fields of nutrition: clinical nutrition, Institutional food services, food technology, applied nutrition and research.
