COHORTS meets to review advances on Research project

 Researchers of the Consortium On Health Outcomes Research in Transitioning Societies (COHORTS) met from 5th to 8th of September 2018 in Guatemala to address different topics related to field work and present preliminary data collected on the project entitled: “Child development and adult social and human capital: COHORTS”, funded by Bill and Melinda Gates.
This research project is being carried out on four different countries: Guatemala, Brazil, Philippines and South Africa; which have extensive and prospectively collected measures of socio-economic status, nutritional status and health throughout childhood as well as repeated measures of cognitive potential measured in childhood.
